Working and Learning together with Jesus as one family

Welcome

Welcome to St. Gregory’s Catholic Primary School

As a past pupil myself, I am honoured to lead such a wonderful school and I hope that you will find our website informative and engaging - a window into the life of our school family.

At St. Gregory’s, we aim for every one of our pupils to develop a lifelong love of learning and an appreciation of the wonders of our world, underpinned by the principles of the Christian faith.

We value each of our pupils and strive to nurture and develop the unique talents they bring to our school.  We want our learners to be resilient in the face of challenge and feel inspired and supported as they progress on their learning journey with us.

Our staff are deeply committed - their hard work enables us to refine and improve our curriculum to meet the need of all of our learners. We are ably led by the Governing Body, many of whose members work in schools themselves and they have a real understanding of the principles of excellence in primary education.

Our school’s location and extensive grounds enable us to provide children with numerous outdoor learning opportunities and great sports facilities from Nursery through to Year 6.

Our Year 6 pupils secure places in London’s top state and private schools (Cardinal Vaughan, London Oratory, Sacred Heart, Cardinal Wiseman, St. Augustine’s and St. Benedict’s) with highly positive feedback in respect of the level of knowledge and understanding they bring to Year 7.

We welcome applications from all members of the community  - those with and those without a churchgoing background. Our doors are open to all visitors and we would be delighted to arrange a school tour upon request.

You will see how we are inspiring the next generation just as I was inspired attending St. Gregory's when I was a child.
